This time of year is ideal for starting healthy habits and establishing a good routine, and the same goes for pets, as they may have gained weight in previous months. Now there are several gyms for ARISTOPETS all over Spain. This way, they can stay in shape and also meet other animals.
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Complutense University of Madrid has a low-cost gym for dogs. It's a space where pets can run, relax, and go on courses to maintain their energy and positivity. These centers admit all types of domestic animals, except canines 7 months old or younger or aggressive dogs. These ARISTODOGS must be accompanied by their owners.

In Barcelona, several months ago, a gym for our dogs was created in Sant Cugat del Vallès. It's called Pancho's Gym, and our pets can get in shape with treadmills, burning fat and gaining more energy. Additionally, personalized sessions are offered for each different dog, two 15-minute sessions. This center is located at Calle Borrell number 7.

In Valencia, there are several outdoor gyms for both you and your pet to enjoy sports. One of the most popular is near the Turia River. The dog's route can be between 120 to 180 meters with installed equipment. There are seesaws, wheels, or high jumps. It's completely free for everyone.

In Galicia in May, a swimming pool for all types of dogs was inaugurated at the Veterinary Hospital in the San Fiz neighborhood. This way, they can practice swimming with or without their owners. Additionally, this hospital is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. These types of pools are for strengthening canines when they have a broken paw, for rehabilitation.

We must not forget that ARISTOCATS also need to exercise. In San Agustín de Guadalix, north of Madrid, is the Gatosphera hotel. At this place, you can leave your cat to train. It also offers personalized assistance, and cats can enjoy a good gym all year round with the option of leaving pets for a few days.
