Llevant Beach
This beach is located in Barcelona city. The habilitated area of this beach for our ARISTODOGS was approved in 2016, and the section is located in the northern area of the beach.
This dog beach has an area of 1200 square meters, and is located at the northern end of the Barcelona coastline, in front of the Diagonal Mar shopping center. It is a fine sand beach ideal for enjoying a great day at the beach with our ARISTODOG this summer.
Vallcarca Cove
Vallcarca Dog Beach in Sitges is a small cove located between Sitges and Castelldefels, next to a cement factory. This Barcelona beach has become very popular for being one of the best dog beaches in the province.
It has a length of about 60 meters and a width of 15 meters. It is a beach without services and surrounded by natural environments.
Les Salines Beach
The Cubelles City Council has joined the dog-friendly trend and has enabled a section of Les Salines Beach for dogs to visit at any time of the year and without time restrictions. It is 450 linear meters of fine sand located next to the thermal power plant tower. This dog beach is open to dogs all year round, and without time restrictions in summer.
La Picòrdia Beach
Beach located in Arenys de Mar. The City Council decided last year to enable a section of this beach for dogs. This fine golden sand beach will be open from June 1st to September 16th, and only dogs registered in the town can access it.
Pineda de Mar Dog Zone
It is a small dog-friendly area enabled for dogs since July 2017. It consists of fine sand and its waters are calm and crystal clear. You can access it all year round.
The rules for enjoying this beach are the same as for other beaches and coves in the country, but in case you have any doubts, here they are:
– Keep your pet under control at all times
– Pick up their droppings
– Try not to disturb other users
– Carry your pet's health record and all its vaccinations up to date
– If the dog is included in the list of potentially dangerous dog breeds, it must be leashed and muzzled.
El Mosnou
It is a fine sand beach about 400 meters long.
The rules are similar to those of all beaches in Spain. However, it is mandatory to carry the civic ownership card on this one.
