It is a fenced-off area of about 300 meters of fine sand located next to the mouth of the Barranquet and very close to the city center. Open all year without time restrictions.

The Vinaròs Town Council inaugurated its second dog beach on July 29, 2016. This is Les Llanetes Beach, located near the Sòl de Riu Natural Park on the northern coast of the town.

Les Llanetes Dog Beach is a cove about 150 meters long and 15 meters wide. It stands out for the beauty of its cliffs. It is made up of gravel and pebbles. Ideal for relaxation and diving.

Les Llanetes Dog Beach is the second pet-friendly beach in Vinaròs, as since 2013, this coastal town has had one of the first dog beaches in Spain: Aiguaoliva Beach. A small pebble beach, the southernmost on the Vinaròs coast, located halfway between Vinaròs and Benicarló.

We ARISTOPETERS are in luck, it seems that more and more town councils are becoming aware and enabling beaches for dogs. This time it's the turn of the town of Vinaròs, in the north of the province of Castellón. This dog beach in Vinaròs is Aiguaoliva Beach, a small pebble cove fully equipped so you can enjoy a few days of vacation with your pet.

Located at the southern end of the municipality of Vinaròs, it is at the mouth of the ravine of the same name and borders Benicarló. It is composed of sand, gravel, and pebbles. It does not have services.

Belcaire Beach

This beach was inaugurated on July 28, 2017. It is part of Moncófar and is located near the mouth of the Belcaire river.

The rules for enjoying this beach are the same as in the rest of the beaches and coves in the country, but, in case you have any doubts, we leave them below (these rules are extensible to the rest of the beaches and coves in the Valencian Community):

– Keep your pet under control at all times

– Pick up their droppings

– Try not to disturb other users

– Carry your pet's vaccination record and ensure all its vaccinations are up to date

– If the dog is included in the list of potentially dangerous dog breeds, it must be leashed and muzzled.

We would love for you to tell us about your experiences on the beaches with your ARISTOPETS on our social networks.
