If you need to manage a return, please contact us at devoluciones@aristopet.com or call us at 900 820 450, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and we will help you manage your exchange or return.
In the case of a return, the cost will depend on the weight of the product. Either way, don't worry: an Aristopeter will advise you.

What is the deadline for making a return?
14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

How will I receive the refund amount?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

When will I receive the refund amount?
After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have their internal tags), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within a few days.
Remember that the credit to your credit card always depends on your bank.

What do I do if my refund amount is incorrect?
Send us an email to devoluciones@aristopet.com or call us at 900 820 450, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Aristopet.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established period, or products that are not in the same condition as they were sent.
