There are many benefits to exercising with your pet, not only for you but also for them, as exercising together strengthens the bond and understanding with your ARISTOPET.
RUNNING
If running is your thing, your ARISTODOG can be the ideal companion for this sport. As the president of the Royal Canine Society of Spain points out, "most dogs love to run, although some do better on some terrains than others." If you do this type of sport with your pet, it will provide great benefits for them, such as an improved mood, strengthening, and endurance. It is also a way not only to improve your dog's skill and well-being but also to have fun together and enjoy the outdoors. Depending on the breed, some are better prepared for this sport, such as the Labrador or Border Collie. However, before you start running with your dog, make sure it will be beneficial for them, as there are certain breeds that, due to their genetics, doing this type of exercise could cause diseases or various detrimental consequences for their health.

YOGA (DOGA)
Yoga with animals, one of today's most popular sports, was created by Suzi Teitelman in the US and was an immediate success. Doga is the union of yoga + Dog. This sport aims to connect with our ARISTODOG and relax with them, as well as to socialize our pet with other dogs and people in a relaxed way. The exercises are combined with others involving contact with the dog, accompanied by soft music that provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Some of the postures used are similar to those of conventional yoga but adapted for contact with our ARISTODOG. Both we and they need physical exercise and to expend energy, but it is also necessary to know how to relax, as many of our pets' problems are caused by this stress. The experience of those who have practiced Doga with their dogs assures that it achieves a greater connection between the two, with both achieving deep relaxation and great concentration.
From the creation of this sport, the feline version emerged: Yoga with cats, who have an advantage given their natural flexibility.

AGILITY
This is a competitive modality where you have to guide your pet to overcome a series of obstacles, which they must overcome correctly and in the shortest possible time. In this way, in addition to getting in shape, you will improve your understanding and their obedience. There are regulated competitions, but this sport is increasingly practiced as a form of entertainment. It is a highly recommended activity for our dog's health as it can be very beneficial in reducing their stress levels. However, care must be taken because this dog sport, if poorly managed, can also lead to consequences and behavioral problems. Therefore, we must take into account a series of guidelines before doing it, such as the age of our ARISTODOG (it is not advisable for those under 18 months, as this is when bone development is complete and the growth plates are properly joined) or their size and metabolism (not all can do this type of exercise). We must never forget that the important thing is our dog's well-being and finding the best option for them.

There are many benefits to practicing sport with your ARISTOPET, both for us and for them. The main one is that it will keep us both physically and mentally active, establishing an even greater bond, and they will be happy to share another activity with you.
