If you haven't booked your vacation yet, here are several beaches and coves in Asturias where you can enjoy a few vacation days with your ARISTODOGS:
Playa el Rinconín / Playa el Cervigón:

Gijón was the first city in the region to enable a beach so we could enjoy vacations with our pets, with regulations approved by the City Council in November 2015. There you will find the wonderful Playa el Cervigón, also known as Playa de El Rinconín. This year, just like the last, it will be a very popular beach, and you can also enjoy a park located next to the Arenal area.
The rules for enjoying this beach are the same as for other beaches and coves in the country, but if you have any questions, we've listed them below (these rules will also apply to the rest of Asturias):
-Keep your pet under control at all times
– Pick up their waste
– Try not to disturb other users
-Carry your pet's vaccination record with all vaccinations up to date
-If the dog is on the list of potentially dangerous dog breeds, it must be leashed and muzzled.
And don't forget your ARISTODOGS beach kit: Travel water bowl, Portable water bottle, Super Absorbent Towel and Microfiber towel.
Playa Sablón de las Bayas

A part of Playa de la Bayas was enabled and approved for dogs by the City Council in 2016. The area designated for our dogs is the last meters of its westernmost part, those bordering the Arenal de los Quebrantos, in Soto del Barco. This summer 2019 the beach will remain open to our dogs with some improvements, such as a wooden and rope buoy system like that used in natural monuments. Also, water fountains and showers for bathers and dogs, and restrooms in the beach parking lot.
On this beach, we should keep in mind that the area enabled for the use of our dogs is exclusively for them, where we are not allowed to swim.
Cala Saliencia

In the wonderful town of Cudillero, located next to Lairínen beach, you'll find Cala Saliencia, a place where our pets can enjoy its waters as much as we can. This regulation was approved in 2016 by its City Council. A City Council that thinks a lot about our pets and changed its ordinances to enable this cove for them.
Cala Saliencia is located next to the mouth of a small stream called Yendebarcas, next to the Islet of Fariñón. It is a difficult beach to access (pedestrian and via a small, steep path) and lacks any services, so it is not usually very crowded, but if you like wild and little-frequented coves, don't hesitate because this will be your perfect beach to enjoy with your ARISTODOG.
