er.

The rise in dog ownership is happening globally. It's unstoppable. More and more people are expanding their family with the arrival of dogs. This is partly because the benefits of dogs are well-known to everyone. They enrich our lives, benefit us emotionally and mentally, help create a good atmosphere wherever they are, are unconditional friends, improve our health…

However, living with an ARISTOPET also implies obligations and responsibilities. Perhaps the most important word related to responsible ownership is commitment. Dogs, as we have said on more than one occasion, are not gifts or objects. They are sentient beings who deserve a dignified and happy life.

Because the moment dogs are objectified, there is a possibility that one might consider getting rid of them. And that is one of the great tragedies we are currently experiencing. Dog abandonment remains very high. Precisely because many people do not understand that the arrival of a dog is sacred and lifelong. Like that of a child. That's why many of us call ourselves ARISTOPARENTS. We understand the role we play in our dogs' lives, as well as the role they play in ours. And we are committed to giving them love, respecting them, and caring for them as long as they are under our roof.

That's why today we want to speak directly to all those people who have not yet experienced that bond and are considering getting a dog. Before taking the plunge, it's important to be honest with yourself and do an exercise in introspection. To do this, we invite you to answer these questions we pose. This way, you might have a clearer idea of whether you are ready to get a dog, why you want one, and if it's better to wait for another time.
